PROGRAM PARAMETERS:

Size:

Prefer $5.0 million or larger in annual written premiums

Experience/History:

	Combined ratio in the low 90's demonstrating proven profitability
	A preference for five years of loss history
	Strong underwriting principles with sustained profitability throughout the underwriting cycle

Geographic Focus (US & Canada):

National, regional, state or province specific programs will be considered

Target Lines of Business:

	Programs that target a market niche providing specialized coverage or distribution
	Property and casualty programs offering product differentiation through coverage, class of business or competition
	All commercial product lines (limited W.C. appetite)
	Admitted or non-admitted basis

Other Program Consideration and Criteria:
Program submissions are to include an executive summary, program overviews, premium information by state, territory and line of business, five years loss history (loss triangles where available, large losses, etc.) rating methodologies, copies of program applications and policies, program limits and expenses, and description of distribution system.
